- Based on our extensive knowledge of R&D occupations and the skills they require, we are also able to provide operator recruitment advice.
- We also train these operators to use new equipment by offering them traineeships in research units run by IFP Energies nouvelles.
- These operators are provided with close supervision during their training before working on actual equipment equivalent to their future work tools.
